Refund policy
Other than in the case of faulty or Defective Products full refunds of standard Products and/or Partial refunds of Bespoke orders will only be issued within 7 days of the delivery date and if the product is in an unused state and contained within the original packaging.
Full refunds of standard Products / Partial refunds of Bespoke orders will only be issued if the delivery of the goods is outside of our lead time, If the goods are not delivered by your event date but still within the lead time we will offer a temporary rental until we can provide you with your order.
Return requests must be made within 7 working days of received order.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
TSL try's its best to ensure your products arrive to you in Brand new, Unused condition with No defects. Technical Structures liability for defective goods and services shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the defective items.
Technical Structures second hand / Ex Rental Products are sold on a strict “sold as seen” basis.
- Bespoke Orders
Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly to the given measurements, In which case we offer a replacement. We ask that customers understand that custom orders cannot be refunded on the grounds that a customer simply does not like a product.
In some cases a partial refund may be issued if the product falls under our “right to return” Terms.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are in accordance with English law. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
Validity of the current offer is subject to unexpected rising costs of raw materials, transportation and labor, for which reasons Technical Structures LTD reserves the right to make modifications or withdraw the current offer without notice
