- General
The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are deemed accepted and fully in force upon placing an order with TSL “Technical Structures LTD” and you (the Purchaser) and individually refer to a Party, together as the Parties. TSLTSL”). By placing an order to us, the Purchaser confirms that the Purchaser have read and accept the General Terms and Conditions.
TSL may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. The Purchaser is responsible for checking changes to the Terms and Conditions at the time of ordering. Please note that the Terms and Conditions that apply to the Purchasers order are always the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the Purchaser placed the Purchasers order, not a later version. TSL recommend the Purchaser keep a copy of the Terms and Conditions for future reference for the Purchaser.

- Description and Specification of Goods
TSL use best endeavours to describe products as accurately as possible. The Parties agree and acknowledge that due to different imaging, Lighting, display technologies or other technical reasons, slight colour differences and other variations in the item(s) are possible. TSL shall not be held responsible for such deviations.
- Orders and Lead Times
By placing an order, the Purchaser offer to purchase an item under the applicable Terms and Conditions as published at the time of acceptance of the order. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price at the time the order is confirmed as accepted by TSL. TSL use best endeavours to deliver the Purchaser products within our specified lead time, but the Parties acknowledge and agree that time is not of the essence and any delays in supply will not be deemed a breach of any term, condition or warranty. - Price and Payment
Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted exclusive of packing, carriage and V.A.T., which will be charged at the rates appropriate at the date of the invoice from the Seller.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Seller in writing, A 50% Deposit payment must be made via Bank Transfer to confirm an order. The Outstanding Balance must be paid in full before the products are dispatched or prior to the time of
collection. Failure to complete the outstanding payment will result in non-delivery of goods and the cancellation of the order.
Validity of the agreed Price is subject to unexpected rising costs of raw materials, transportation and labour, for which reasons TSL reserves the right to make adjustment to or withdraw the current offer without notice.
- Delivery
Delivery or collection will be agreed by the buyer and confirmed on the invoice.
If Delivery is missed, TSL will not be liable for re-delivery fees, or any other charges incurred by the courier or TSL The Parties agree and acknowledge that all and any additional cost will be paid in full by the Purchaser
Buyer No-shows on collection date may incur a charge of £50.00 For every hour waited.
Sometimes during busy sales periods deliveries can take longer. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. If the Purchaser do not receive the Purchaser r delivery within the number of days stated, please contact our customer service. Please note that TSL are not responsible for any delays due to the postal service or road haulage issues.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
TSL try's its best to ensure the Purchaser r products arrive to the Purchaser in Brand new, Unused condition with No defects. Technical Structures liability for defective goods and services shall be limited to the replacement or repair of the defective items.
Technical Structures second hand / Ex Rental Products are sold on a strict “sold as seen” basis.
TSL will not be held liable for any damage including the following:
- Ordinary wear and tear
- Modifications made by the Purchaser or any third Party
- Damage caused by Incorrect erection or dismantling
- Damage caused due to incorrect storage or packaging
- Damage caused whilst in transit (after risk has passed to the client at the point of initial delivery of the Order).
- Any deviation of use from the manufacturer’s terms and conditions
- Exposure to any incompatible materials, chemicals and all and any liquid damage
- Damage cause partially or wholly form Deliberate or negligent actions
- Inappropriate use, including during unsuitable weather conditions (as determined by the opinion of TSL).
- Damage caused by natural occurrences such as extreme weather conditions, floods or any environmental issues or influences.
- Returns and Liabilities
Other than in the case of faulty or Defective Products full refunds of standard Products and/or Partial refunds of Bespoke orders will only be issued within 7 days of the delivery date and if the product is in an unused state and contained within the original packaging.
Return requests must be made within 7 working days of received order.
- Bespoke Orders
Subject to Clause 3, Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if TSL supplied contrary to the given measurements, In which case TSL offer a replacement at no additional cost.
- How TSL Use Personal Information (Data Protection)
Technical Structures Ltd does not store personal data longer than is strictly necessary to reach the goals for which the Purchaser r data is collected. TSL use a standard retention period of 4 years.
TSL only shares the Purchaser r information to third parties if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with the Purchaser e.g. For Delivery or to comply with a legal obligation.
Technical Structures Ltd takes the protection of the Purchaser r data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If the Purchaser have the impression that the Purchaser data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via info@technicalstructures.co.uk
- Force Majeure Event
No Party shall be in breach nor liable for delay in performing or failure to perform, any of its obligations if such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control. In such circumstances the affected Party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of the time for performing such obligations. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for a period of 12 weeks, the Parties not affected may terminate this Agreement by giving at least 4 weeks prior written notice to the affected Party.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are in accordance with English law. In the event of a dispute or claim in connection with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
